  he laughed, louder than i'd ever heard. ”like i have one
  before!”
  ”right, i'm sure you get that all the time.”

  i waited to see if he was kidding, but, appare. he
  smiled as he read my hesitation, and reay heart reacted;
  even though he 't hear my thoughts, my pulse always gave me away.

  then it was over. we'd hiked hours this m to reach edward's meadow,
  and now, in a matter of minutes, we were back to the truck.
  ”exhilarating, isn't it?” his voice was high, excited.
